Problem

Our company works to uncover businesses’ technical issues by looking into the technology solutions they currently use. By analysing these solutions, we are able to create new plans which will allow their businesses to become more operationally effective whilst maintaining current working practices.

Solution

Our latest client BP came to us with a large-scale business issue that revolved around their scheduling function, needing to assign work to the right people in real-time. Working with our client, we developed a web application which improved efficiencies by up to 83% and was rolled out across all oil rigs in the North Sea.
